I arrived with my daughter we were welcomed by Adam and my sister-in-law Kathy. ( She is the housekeeper there) Adam was very helpful, especially with the WiFi setup. The lift was very handy, for disabled and elderly people. …

An absolute jem. Stayed here with the wife and 2 kids. Ocean view room which was clean and spacious, lovely breakfast and the staff were so kind and helpful. Adam will always go out of his way to help you out. Huge secure car park to the rear of the building. One of the best things is the location, only a 2 minute walk to grand parade and a 5 minute walk to the excellent blue flag Skegness beach. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Will definitely go back.

Highly recommend staying here. Our family room was lovely. The owner and the staff was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a friendly homely place. Free parking and a short walk from the beach. My 2yr old can be nervous around new people and he was very at home. Calling everyone his mate! We have already booked to come back in a few weeks! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
